I have a passion for helping others feel good and find happiness. I’m a firm believer that when you FEEL GOOD, you're able to carry out living a better life.
A healthy lifestyle to me is more than coming to the gym and lifting weights. I like to incorporate mobility, warm up and stretches.
Along with this I truly believe in fueling our bodies with the proper nutrition. I emphasize with all my clients that 80% of our success is outside the gym.
I also believe to live at our fullest potential we need to master our mind. Our mindset plays a huge role in our everyday life and that’s the area where most people are lacking.
I’m here to help you create sustainable habits not only for a short time but for a lifetime.
COACH MARGARET
I am an ISSA Certified Coach. My goal is to get the best results out of our training. I like to work agnostic and agonistic muscle groups together which means opposing muscle groups.
I achieve this by working lower body with upper body which allows for shorter rest periods between sets. This also allows glycogen to be replaced in the opposing muscle group so it takes less time to recover.
I start my clients out with one exercise per muscle group to build a foundation before moving to a split routine. I do my best to focus on each clients needs individually.
The ultimate goal no matter who you are is to reach each clients goals and to see results. Each clients routine will differ so that you will get the best results.

COACH CALEB
My name is Caleb Montoya. I am a young new personal trainer here at Body by Design, but don't be mistaken, fitness has always been an important part of my life.
Since I made the move to Colorado about 10 years ago, I have been involved with the gym and quickly became quite passionate about everything to do with it. As I continued to build my own strength and learn more techniques, I started to find myself trying to involve my friends and family with the gym too.
Upon teaching those closest to me what I know and seeing them flourish on their own fitness journeys, it became evident to me that what I know has the power to truly help people to find success in the gym. So in the hopes of taking this further I decided to pursue getting a personal trainer certification, and through ISSA I was able to do just that.
I am now actively training multiple clients and helping them along as they accomplish their own fitness goals. From goals like building up the strength required to perform day to day tasks or losing weight and putting on muscle, I have been able to help them all to make tremendous progress!

COACH RYAN
I’m a certified Personal Trainer and acquired my certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I train in a wide variety from athletes, weight loss/gain, bodybuilding, restoring physical function, or even just keeping in shape!
Dealing with one’s body image can be a challenging and hard thing to confront and take action on. I want to help others the same way the gym helped me, that’s why I became a personal trainer because I struggled with being skinny for a long time and was displeased with the way I looked and felt.
The results helped me tremendously and made me feel so much better about myself. I want to help others achieve their goals and self efficacy. One of the hardest things for people to overcome about the gym is going alone, so having a personal trainer is a great way to gain that companionship and guidance.
When I first started going to the gym it seemed such an intimidating place full of people judging me at every turn. But I came to learn that everyone’s there to better themselves and it’s a place of growth. I want to carry my passion of fitness and knowledge in working out into helping you create your best self!
COACH ISAIAH
I am Isaiah Wright, I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer as well as ISSA Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
I specialize in working with athletes of all sports, builds, and skill levels. My goal is to help you get the edge up on your competition whether you are a college student home for the summer, high schooler looking to play college sports, or even someone just looking to improve their strength, agility and quickness in general.
I started off my training, working with my basketball players to help them improve in strength and conditioning off the court, then later moved on to work with athletes across all sports. Many athletes with the right nutrition and training program, can go much further than they could have ever imagined. Whatever your goals may be, I’m here to help you achieve them
